What is this business with the 'Infertiles" vs. the "Fertiles"?? And why the hell would you refer to someone that way? Last I checked, we were ALL human beings WITH feelings. If someone had Downs Syndrome, would you refer to them that way?

It seems that there ARE sensitive people, rightly so, of course, and then there are people who might make a totally harmless comment, not realizing that they may have offended someone. In todays case, a woman posted about modeling, and followed up with, but what if I get pregnant and start showing? How would she persue a modeling career then?

I can see how someone who has been TTC'ing for a long time would be offended by that. On the other hand, the OP has a valid reason for concern.

So my question is, How do WE, as a community, work this out so no one gets offended?

This blog isn't for the attention. This blog is an outlet for people on FF. There are things that people want to say but can't on FF for fear of being banned. (As evidenced by the quote in this post) In fact, this blog is for everyone else.

Lets take the example of KaraD and Lil Bucky. They fought. And they both apologized. That wouldn't of happened if it weren't for this blog.

There are alot more examples that I can provide but I won't for fear of pissing off the angrier women.

I have mixed emotions about this post.

THIS was uncalled for.

I may call people a Fucktard, but I have NEVER attacked someone's fertility, or fertility issues. That is extremely low. Why is it your business if she is trying or not? Maybe she just doesn't want to talk about it? Especially to fucktards like you.

Questions and Answers, Part 2

This is the reason why I asked for your opinions in the previous post. This girl is *very* young, and needs some good advice. In this post, she flat out says that she needs some comforting and she feels alone. I am hoping that she reads some of what you have to say and uses YOUR experiences to her advantage, not only for her, but also for her child.

I have to admit, when I first saw this post, I was totally pissed and I wanted to scream...

Not wanting to lash out at someone who does really seem to be a nice person, I decided to post the questions instead. She can read all about what life is going to be like for her when her baby comes and maybe some of this will help her prepare for the life-altering event that's about to happen to her. I truly hope that this post will be of some help to her and her baby. So, if you have any advice for this person, what would it be?

A question for everyone

My first question is directed at those who are TTC with no children yet. My second question is directed at Moms with kids already. (I have a point, I promise!)

1. Do you think life will be different when you have children? Will it stay the same or be totally different? Will you have to make sacrifices? While I'm sure you will be ecstatic to have children, what do you realistically think your life will be like? How about your relationship with your DH? How will that change, if at all? How about your roles as a parent?

2. Moms with kids - How is your life different from before you had children? Is it drastically different? Did you make some/ none / a lot of sacrifices for your family? Is life easier? Harder? How? Did your relationship with your DH change? Did you naturally fall into parenting roles, or did it take some work?

Something more positive.....

For all of those who are still trying, or knows someone is trying, a chant and a poem. It can't hurt, can it? Give it a try. If nothing else, I hope it makes you smile today.

So many people have expressed to me that they would like me to keep the blog up. Im not quite sure wether I should or shouldn't. I only reopened it because I am trying to clear CathyA's name, and in the meantime, have had overwhelming requests to keep it going. So, I'm asking all readers to vote. 3. Lack of sex? What would make you think that? PLEASE explain to me just what goes thru your mind that creating this blog = lack of sex. I don't follow the logic there.

By the way, when posting to this blog, can you decide if your name is going to be Liberty or Libery? Normally I would think that they would be two different people but the consistancy in spelling and gramatical errors is a dead give away....
