Holy Shit, I can do better-
I live in Ottawa....about a 15 minute drive from there. Should I show up with eggs and toilet paper to express my displeasure? Or should I do what my mom told me when I was a kid, to "use my words".

Jadis I can see it now, someone eggs their building and your going to get blamed...Ummmm :) LOL...
Search them on bbb.com...they give a Virginia PO Box and have an unsatisfactory record. Only 11 complaints in the last year. I thought about complaining but they never respond to any of it so I figured I shouldn't waste any more of my time.
I think Foe had contact info on her blog, also a Canada address I believe. I wonder where BBB is getting this info. It does say that mail sent to the addy gets returned....
