She had another post wanting to know how to stretch the perinium:
i've tried doing it wif olive oil but it felt kinda strange & there were white clumpy bits that came out wif my thumbs. i now do it wif sterile gloves & ky jelly, but it still feels kinda strange.
can anyone suggest any info to look at?

I thought that the perinium is supposed to be stretched only during labor? Am I missing something else new in the world of labor and delivery?
