Grow up!

Now that I have everyone's undivided attention, there are a few things I want to say. I feel like I am in High School and caught up in the peer pressure, and going along with the biggest, loudest group of girls I can.

The truth is, I DONT agree with what you are doing. Some of you are acting like immature two year olds (Now RELAX - I said SOME - It's NOT a blanket statement) There is no need to get all crazy and bent out of shape about this. So before you continue on, I'll need you to take a few deep breaths and clear your mind of all the anger and bullshit. I know it will be hard, but try.

Firstly, I want to make sure that I have all my facts straight. These statements are facts:

1. You make fun of Mrs. God on a very consistant basis
2. You have made blinkies about Mrs. Gods Spelling (Or lack thereof), only to make fun of her
3. Some of you have changed your screennames to resemble hers, only to make fun of her some more

4. Someone is now making fun of you

Hmmmm..... I suppose the first three statements are ok, but you get all crazy, bent out of shape, the moment someone says something about You?

Well that 's a huge double standard.

Get off your high horses ladies. You are all NO BETTER than she is. BTW, I am in NO WAY condoning her racist remark. That was just plain wrong.

But Jesus Christ guys, what the fuck is wrong with some of you people? Don't you know that what you do and say HURTS?
She is clearly not as educated as you are, so does it make you feel bigger and better about yourself when you pick on someone who can't fight back as well as you can? You know the old saying, pick on someone your own size? Well maybe you should!

Some of you get all crazy when someone even looks the wrong way in your direction. Please. We're all on the same planet, We're all on the same team. We're all on FF because we are/were trying to have a child, and isnt THAT the most important thing?

Think about it

Longtime lurker of FF, but I rarely post (at least not where the drama is). I read all of it, though. I've got to say, I completely agree with you about the childish, bullyish, group mentality that has seized the boards lately. On an individual level, I like many (if not most) of these ladies. It pains me to see them gang up against one person the way they have. Yes, this "one person" has expressed herself as rude, racist, and condescending and there is no excuse for that. However, as adults, I would have thought that the rest of the community would simply take the ignore approach rather than bullying and making fun of this woman. I'm glad someone is calling this group of women on the hypocrisy of this situation. I feel like everyone else is too afraid to go against the "popular kids" for fear of being made fun of themselves. To the ladies to whom this post refers - you are all smart, insightful individuals and I know you are bigger than the childishness in which you engage. Let's leave the poking fun games to elementary school kids.
